Chrysler Collision Repair: San Fernando Valley
XP Auto Center is an FCA US certified collision repair facility, the Stellantis program that covers Chrysler. Your Pacifica, Voyager or 300 is repaired with factory procedures, authentic Mopar parts, and factory-level diagnostics.
Factory certified for Chrysler repairs
Stellantis certifies collision shops for its brands, including Chrysler, based on the training, equipment, and procedures needed to repair current models correctly. Training runs through I-CAR, and the shop has to show access to and use of the factory repair procedures, with documented scans and calibrations on every job.
Stellantis vehicles also need factory diagnostics. Many late-model Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles have a secure gateway that has to be authenticated before modules can be programmed or sensors calibrated. We use factory-level tooling, so the job does not stop at the bodywork and get sent to a dealer for the electronics.
What you get: a Chrysler repaired to the factory procedure, authentic Mopar collision parts where it counts, and documentation that holds up with your insurer and at resale.
Chrysler models we repair
Pacifica
The Chrysler we see most. Sliding door and track repair, rear bumper and liftgate damage, front-end hits, and surround-view camera calibration.
Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid
High-voltage system with the battery under the second row floor. We start with a documented high-voltage disable before structural or floor work.
Voyager
Same body as the Pacifica. Side and rear damage, sliding doors, and quarter panels are the common repairs.
300
Rear-wheel-drive sedan. Front-end and rear-end repairs, quarter panels, and adaptive cruise radar calibration on equipped models.
Town & Country
Older Chrysler minivans still on Valley roads. We pull the procedure for the exact year and VIN.
Older Chrysler models
200, Sebring, PT Cruiser and more. Honest repair-versus-total advice when parts or value make a repair hard to justify.
Common Chrysler collision repairs
Sliding door and side damage
Minivan sliding doors run on upper, center, and lower tracks. A side hit can bend the track even when the door looks fine, so we check alignment and power door function after the repair.
Rear-end and liftgate damage
Bumper cover, reinforcement, liftgate alignment, rear sensors, and the rear camera. Power liftgates are checked for correct operation before delivery.
Sensor calibration
Front radar, camera, and blind spot systems need calibration after bumper, windshield, or alignment work. Details on our ADAS calibration page.
Hybrid safety
On the Pacifica Hybrid we follow the factory high-voltage disable procedure and limits around the battery before any repair near the floor or rear structure.
Your car, your choice of shop
Under California Insurance Code §758.5 you have the right to choose your own repair shop, even if your insurer suggests another one. We handle the estimate, supplements, calibration documentation, and communication with your adjuster.
When a Chrysler repair procedure calls for OEM parts, we cite the factory procedure in the supplement so the right parts get approved. If your car is newer and the damage was structural, ask us about a California diminished value claim.

Questions Chrysler owners ask us
Is Chrysler covered by your Stellantis certification?
Yes. Our FCA US certification covers Chrysler along with Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Alfa Romeo vehicles.
Do you use Mopar parts?
Authentic Mopar parts are our default and what Stellantis recommends. We use them on structure, airbag components, and sensor-mounting parts, and we file supplements with your insurer to get them approved.
Can you repair a Pacifica Hybrid?
Yes. We follow the factory high-voltage disable procedure and the repair limits around the battery before any work near the floor or rear structure.
Can I choose your shop instead of the one my insurer suggests?
Yes. California law gives you the right to choose your repair shop. We work with your insurer on the estimate, supplements, and documentation.
How do I get an estimate?
Call us or request an estimate online. We build the estimate from your VIN and the actual damage, and we can start from photos.
